They are launching a major AI initiative to develop advanced Reasoning Multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs)—capable of processing and reasoning across text, images, and audio for real-world industrial applications

1. Location: 1st year in Shenzhen (China), then remote from your home country (preferably in Central or Eastern Europe)

🔍 About the Role

As a Junior Researcher, you’ll participate in cutting-edge AI research and receive hands-on training during a 12-month assignment at the company’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China. After the first year, you’ll continue your work remotely from your home country, preferably within Central or Eastern Europe.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking early-career professionals with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for AI:

1. Graduates or postgraduates from top technical universities in Europe (especially in CEE)
2. Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related fields
3. Strong academic achievements; participation in programming or science competitions (e.g., Olympiads, ACM ICPC, Kaggle) is a plus

Foundational understanding of:

1. Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing
2. Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
3. High motivation to relocate for 12 months to China and work in a multicultural, fast-paced R&D environment
4. Solid English skills and a collaborative mindset

1. Collaborate with international teams to develop and test LLM-based solutions
2. Assist in research and prototyping of AI tools in NLP, generative AI, and related fields
3. Contribute to data preparation, model training, evaluation, and optimization
4. Learn from experienced researchers and gradually take on more independent responsibilities
