Summary: We are looking for an AI Engineer to join small, remote team building next-generation AI-driven services. The role involves designing, building, and deploying sophisticated AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents, effectively translating complex business needs into scalable systems.
Main Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing AI-driven services using LLMs.
Building and orchestrating end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Integrating AI agents into business processes via workflow automation platforms.
Developing scalable backend services and RESTful APIs in Python.
Evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and relevance.
Implementing frameworks for testing and enforcing AI guardrails.
Key Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python.
Expertise in LLM & RAG Architecture.
Advanced knowledge of LLM Application Frameworks.
Advanced experience with AI Agent & Workflow Automation.
Proficient in Databases (SQL & Vector).
Nice to Have:
Experience with Cloud & MLOps.
Familiarity with Full-Stack Development.
Knowledge of tools like Streamlit for prototyping.
