AI/ML Tech Leader – vehicle leasing sector

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Tech Leader to drive AI-powered improvements across our IT ecosystem, enhancing both employee and customer experiences. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, guide the adoption of intelligent automation, and act as a strategic partner for business and IT teams.

Your tasks

Defining the AI and digital experience vision, roadmap, and architecture
Leading AI-driven transformation initiatives, improving efficiency and user satisfaction
Overseeing end-to-end AI solution delivery (concepting, prototyping, testing, deploying, scaling)
Managing the integration of AI and automation tools into existing IT platforms
Driving intelligent automation initiatives (chatbots, virtual agents, workflow automation, predictive insights)
Guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of innovation

Requirements

5 years of experience in leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies, cloud platforms and IT ecosystems
Experience with MLOps, model governance, and monitoring practices
Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate clearly at all levels
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and ethical AI principles
Experience in leading cross-functional technical teams in large organizations
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Openness to commuting to the office in Warsaw 2 days a week
Fluent in Polish required
Residing in Poland required
