A global SaaS organisation is building a brand-new AI Engineering Team to transform how software is designed and delivered across their product ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-impact initiative focused on using LLMs, AI-assisted development, and modern engineering practices to accelerate product delivery across multiple platforms.

Essential:

Strong full stack engineering experience across Java and React (or similar modern Front End frameworks)
Hands-on AI engineering experience (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, OpenAI, embeddings, vector stores)
Deep understanding of software fundamentals, system design, and cloud-native development
Ability to read and work across multiple languages/tech stacks when required
CI/CD experience using GitHub or similar
Excellent communication and ability to work across global teams
Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable operating with ambiguity

Nice to Have:

Experience with .NET or Java, and React or TypeScript
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Previous work modernising Legacy systems or building greenfield platforms
Exposure to Copilot or AI-assisted development workflows
