About the Role

Are you a tech student or recent engineering graduate who lives and breathes AI? What You’ll Do

• Experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance recruitment and sales strategies

• Automate and streamline repetitive tasks using AI and low-code platforms

• Research new AI trends and suggest improvements to sourcing, communication, and data management

• Take ownership of mini-projects and pilots — test, analyze, and present actionable results

• Learn the ropes of recruitment and business development at a fast-scaling, international tech company

What We’re Looking For

• A student or recent graduate in engineering, IT, or a similar technical field

• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.

• Curiosity and creativity in applying AI to solve real-world problems

• A self-starter mindset with strong analytical and communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or above

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and workflow automation

• Interest in recruitment, sales, or HR tech

• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python)
