We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop the core intelligence behind next-generation AI agents. You’ll work with state-of-the-art models, design innovative algorithms, and shape the “brain” that powers a modular AI ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and fine-tune machine learning models for production environments
Integrate and optimize large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) for natural language understanding
Build algorithms that automate workflows and enable intelligent decision-making
Collaborate with the backend team to deploy and integrate AI components
Continuously improve model performance using real-world data and feedback
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI development
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and AI model deployment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and experimentation
