Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing a centralized AI platform built on AWS, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Machine Learning. The role includes contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of the platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to deliver advanced AI-driven solutions that support key business processes within the financial domain.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Work on a centralized AI platform within the financial domain, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-native components and services on AWS
- Develop, deploy, and optimize ML and GenAI workflows using AWS services such as SageMaker
- Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and follow IaC best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development to ensure smooth, reliable, and automated deployments
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and resilience in production environments
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities
- Take ownership of assigned components and tasks, demonstrating accountability throughout the delivery lifecycle
Expected competences and knowledge
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud engineering and AWS-native services
- Understanding of data platforms and AWS data services/tooling (e.g., Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR, Athena)
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI–related AWS services and modern AI/ML workflows
- Experience working with Amazon SageMaker (training, deployment, pipelines, model lifecycle)
- Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Proven ability to work with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar)
- High sense of ownership, responsibility, and end-to-end delivery mindset
- Familiarity with Google Cloud AI products (nice to have)
- Experience in financial environments or regulated industries is considered an advantage (nice to have)
