Are you passionate about collaboration technology and eager to work in a dynamic, international environment? Join our Collaboration Engineering Team, where we design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions — including our upcoming SharePoint Online-based intranet. You’ll play a key role in providing modern collaboration services within our Digital Workspace EngOps environment.

What You Will Do

design, configure, and implement SharePoint Online solutions for the corporate intranet
provide engineering and third-level support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
maintain and continuously improve existing systems through automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
support ongoing engineering initiatives across Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform

What You Bring

at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
strong technical knowledge in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
demonstrated expertise in engineering-level implementation, automation, and support
excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
fluent in English; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Polish is an advantage
