About the Role:We are looking for a talented Mendix Developer to join our digital team and help design, build, and optimize Mendix applications that transform business requirements into efficient technical solutions. You will play a key role in shaping application architecture, ensuring high performance, and integrating with external systems.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Mendix applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Define and implement the technical architecture of Mendix applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
Integrate Mendix applications with external systems, such as REST APIs, databases, and other platforms.
Enforce Mendix development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
Mentor junior developers and facilitate agile development workflows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Mendix features and best practices, contributing to the internal knowledge base and reusable component libraries.
Requirements:
Based in Poland, with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-geography teams.
