What you will do:
As part of our team, you'll:
Define and communicate product vision and strategy
Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value
Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and reviews
Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization
Validate deliverables and accept completed work
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive improvements
Balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience
What we are looking for:
3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projects
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Data-driven approach to decision making
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Nice to know: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
Experience with digital products (web/mobile applications) and UX/UI principles
Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients
Higher education in technical, business, or related field
