What you will do:
As part of our team, you'll:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach development teams in Agile principles and Scrum framework
Remove impediments and enable team productivity
Foster collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
Track team metrics and drive continuous improvement
Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
Promote self-organization and cross-functional teamwork
Work with multiple teams on both international and domestic projects
What we are looking for:
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for development teams
Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to identify and remove team impediments effectively
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
Nice to know: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and Kanban methodology
Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients
Higher education (preferable in technical or business field)
