As part of its continued growth in Poland, the company is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead market expansion, strengthen partner relationships, and drive revenue growth across priority verticals.
Your role is:
Partner Development:
Build and grow our partner network (integrators, VARs, MSPs). Focus on key markets: public sector, energy, transport, education, ISPs, and enterprise.
Business Growth:
Create new opportunities together with partners.Support partners in sales, basic technical positioning, and tender processes.
Vendor Alignment: Work closely with our vendors: share pipeline, plan activities, align forecasts, use MDF funds. Coordinate trainings and certifications.
Market Presence:
Represent the company at events and partner meetings. Help prepare local success stories and references.
Your skills and experiences:
Experience:
5+ years in B2B IT, networking, or security sales.
3+ years in business development, sales, or channel roles.
Skills:
Good understanding of IT/networking basics (routing, switching, campus, DC, security).
Experience working with channel partners and public procurement (PZP).
Languages:
Polish – native or advanced
English – fluent
