German-speaking Pega Architects and Pega Business Analysts

StrategicsIQ is supporting a highly reputable internal client in their search for German-speaking Pega consultants and Business Analysts to join their digital transformation programmes.

We are looking for professionals with strong Pega experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with regular onsite presence.

Key Requirements

• Fluent German (B2–C1+) – essential

• Strong experience as a Pega Architect or Pega Business Analyst

• Solid understanding of Pega workflows, case management, integrations, and solution design

• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

• Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week in Germany

• Prior experience in enterprise or complex digital transformation projects is desirable

Role Responsibilities

Pega Architects:

• Lead solution design and Pega architecture

• Guide development teams on best practices

• Oversee integration, quality, and technical governance

Pega Business Analysts:

• Gather and analyse business requirements

• Run stakeholder workshops

• Translate processes into Pega specifications

• Support testing and documentation activities
