Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PAM/CyberArk Developer to support a comprehensive onboarding project. This role entails extensive experience with PAM controls and CyberArk development, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. A strong understanding of identity security best practices is essential for ensuring the project’s success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop application connectors for PAM.

• Extend PAM controls across the organization.

• Collect and analyze relevant data for an efficient onboarding process.

• Provide PAM expertise throughout the project.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Document processes and maintain records of the onboarding activities.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working with PAM controls & requirements.

• Experience as a CyberArk developer.

• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of identity & PAM security best practices.

• Understanding of security approaches (e.g., SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust).

• Experience in DevOps teams within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks (CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x).

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Organized, structured work style with quality results.

• Ability to bridge business and technical contexts.

• A proactive and self-driven attitude.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple PAM technologies.
