Automation Developer - low code

We’re looking for a professional who will join our team focused on business process automation using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools and RPA platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and optimizing automation workflows with IDP tools (experience with Hypatos or similar platforms is a plus).
Working with leading RPA technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
Building effective prompts and AI-driven document processing solutions (experience with GPT models would be an advantage).
Integrating systems through APIs and leveraging OCR technologies.
Using programming basics (e.g. JSONata, SQL, Python, or JavaScript) to enhance automation logic.

What we’re looking for:

Strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage work independently.
Solid understanding of business processes and an eye for optimization.
Good command of both Polish and English.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Understanding of transactional processes (AP, AR, Order Management).
German language skills.
