Dear Consultant,

We are seeking a Lead Pega Systems Architect specialized in enterprise integration for Pega CDH. This role designs and governs large-scale, high-throughput, real-time integrations across the customer ecosystem (CRM, MDM, billing, data lakes, event hubs, marketing clouds, inbound channels, etc.).

You will act as the technical authority for integration patterns, API governance, and solution performance.

Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Design

Architect integrations using REST/JSON, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, SFTP, ETL
Design detailed blueprints: sequence diagrams, data flows, service maps
Ensure high-volume/low-latency performance for CDH real-time services

Technical Leadership

Serve as technical lead across all environments (Dev → Prod)
Approve adapter designs, integration specifications & mappings
Mentor teams and enforce architectural standards

CDH Enablement

Define data sourcing for interaction history, profiles, AI inputs
Ensure integration layer supports real-time eligibility/arbitration
Optimize container behavior across web, mobile, IVR, ATM, call center

Client Engagement

Run workshops with enterprise architects & application owners
Present integration recommendations to execs & tech leadership
Troubleshoot complex integration or performance issues

Required Skills

8+ years in enterprise architecture or integration engineering
5+ years with Pega Platform/CDH, ideally in LSA roles
Deep knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, MQ, microservices, service mesh
Strong understanding of relational/NoSQL databases
Experience with enterprise security, HA, scalability & NFRs

Preferred

CLSA certification (required/strongly preferred)
Experience with CRMs, CDPs, data hubs, or marketing platforms
Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
