We are looking for CRM experts who want to grow in Creatio — if you have experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other leading systems, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed in Creatio.

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior consultants in CRM implementation projects.

• Gathering business requirements and creating documentation.

• Mapping business processes and preparing simple AS-IS / TO-BE analyses.

• Configuring modules and processes in Creatio using low-code tools.

• Creating basic reports, dashboards, and system views.

• Participating in internal testing and supporting UAT.

• Assisting in the preparation of project materials, presentations and trainings.

• Actively learning and joining the Creatio certification program.

Requirements

• Initial experience in CRM/ERP (internships, junior roles, projects).

• Basic understanding of sales, marketing or customer service processes.

• Nice to have: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other CRM experience.

• Interest in low-code platforms and business process automation.

• Analytical mindset and willingness to work with clients.

• English B2 minimum.
