Scrum Master - Agile Project Manager

Salary: 800-950 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on supporting the Financial Accounting Release Train (FINAC) that manages core accounting workflows, general ledgers (SAP GL, HFM, NAVI), lease contract management (Tririga), and group procurement invoicing. The project uses SAP BW and DQ+ reporting tools to enhance data quality and accuracy across financial systems.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Support agile delivery as a Scrum Master for the Reporting team focused on SAP BW and DQ+
• Collaborate across the ART to clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyze new ideas and features in the backlog to support discovery and assessment activities
• Work closely with financial accounting, business reporting, and integration teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Facilitate problem-solving and take ownership of blockers within the agile teams

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in agile and SAFe environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial accounting, particularly banking sector knowledge
• Expertise in business reporting and data analysis using tools like SAP BW and related reporting suites
• Familiarity with integration patterns including batch processing and web services
• Experience with cloud-based financial solutions and AI technologies additive to analysis and automation
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and excellent problem-solving skills
