We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect for long-term cooperation on projects delivered to global clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-class cloud architectures based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for customers worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and implementing innovative cloud architectures tailored to customer needs, based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
Planning, conceptualizing, and deploying cloud solutions using Azure and M365.
Applying technical and architectural expertise to migrate IT infrastructures and applications into the Azure cloud.
Leading migration projects that transition existing customer environments to Azure and Microsoft 365.
Supporting Azure migration initiatives through completion and handover to operations, while jointly developing operational concepts with customers and IT operations teams.
Creating hybrid architectures that integrate public cloud, private cloud, and on-premise components, drawing on solid experience with Microsoft technologies.
Designing solution architectures efficiently by leveraging broad knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing models.
Acting as an innovation partner for customers, helping them understand and adopt new Microsoft features, especially in areas such as Data & AI.
Participating in the assessment of new Azure and M365 services and contributing to the continuous development of the company’s technology portfolio in alignment with strategic initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma degree, or equivalent skills gained through relevant professional experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, or hybrid cloud environments involving Azure.
Regular-level experience with classic technologies (Windows, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, RDS) supported by practical expertise.
A minimum of 3 years of project experience, especially within transformation or modernization scenarios.
Strong understanding of applications, infrastructure, architectural concepts, and modern IT technologies.
Experience in Cloud Consulting (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and DevOps methodologies.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate, Windows Virtual Desktop Specialty).
Strong technical skills paired with high consulting competence and customer orientation.
Analytical mindset, conceptual thinking, and the ability to independently deliver value to clients.
Methodical, structured work style combined with flexibility and commitment.
German & English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
