Lead Pega Decisioning Architect (CDH) (CF)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to design and scale enterprise-grade Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) architecture. This role leads the decisioning strategy across channels, ensures technical excellence, and acts as the senior-most CDH authority on the project. Key Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel Pega CDH architecture across inbound/outbound, paid media & call-center

• Design NBA frameworks, engagement policies, arbitration patterns, action hierarchies

• Architect CDH data models, interaction history, and real-time containers

• Lead technical teams (architects, CDH developers) and enforce best practices

• Drive API, event-stream & batch integration strategies

• Guide business stakeholders, run solution workshops, convert KPIs to CDH capabilities

• Ensure long-term maintainability, governance & reusable architecture patterns

Requirements

• 10+ years in decisioning, CRM, or martech engineering

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega CDH

• Strong Java/J2EE + integration experience

• Experience with propensity models & AI-driven decisioning

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred

• CPDC / PCDS certifications

• Experience leading global delivery teams

• Knowledge of paid media integration, streaming systems, or enterprise decisioning
