Responsibilities

Deliver PMGM, CDP, Succession, Calibration, People Profile.
Configure IAS, RBP, Integration Center, EC Employee Profile.
Handle incidents, change requests, bi-annual release management.
Build Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, and dashboards.
Provide functional expertise, stakeholder management & documentation.

Requirements

SAP SF PMGM certification (mandatory).
Hands-on in PMGM, CDP, Succession Planning.
Experience in Release Management, Calibration, CPM, 360.
Reporting: Story reports, dashboards, Advanced Reporting.
Understanding of ITIL processes.
Strong communication & stakeholder management.
