Learning Lead with SAP S/4 HANA

Introduction & Summary

The Senior Learning Lead will spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive training plan in preparation for the S2P go-live scheduled for Spring 2025 and the S/4 go-live planned for 2027. This role demands a strong focus on Learning Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, and Production Plans, alongside an understanding of ERP systems. The successful candidate will navigate stakeholder engagement while ensuring high-quality training content delivery.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Lead will operate within the broader Elevate Change Management Team, supporting various projects and work packages.

  • Identify and engage stakeholders at market and regional levels.

  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Managers to support learning activities.

  • Develop and execute learning needs analysis, curriculum, and production plans.

  • Report on progress, blockers, and risks in line with program governance.

  • Provide templates and guidance for learning assets.

  • Ensure timely delivery and rollout for go-live readiness.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Learning Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, and Production Plans.

  • Experience in planning and executing Train-the-Trainer and End-User Training activities.

  • Ability to coordinate quality checks and sign-offs with BPMs, SMEs, and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4 and Ariba) or willingness to learn.

  • Strong project management skills with effective prioritization abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across markets and cultures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP WalkMe and/or Enable Now is highly advantageous.
