Why this role matters

You will support and develop GOTEC’s global Comarch ERP XL landscape, enabling seamless operations across 10+ plants and 2000+ employees worldwide.This position is key to ensuring system stability, driving further digital integration, and rolling out new modules across our multi-site environment.

Tasks

Support business stakeholders, the development department and consultants throughout the ERP implementation and enhancement process
Provide daily application support and bug fixing (1st and 2nd level) for Comarch ERP XL using Ticket system
Customize and develop modules and interfaces using Comarch SDK, SQL and API tools
Support integration projects with connected systems (MES, EDI, BI, QMS and in-house applications)
Plan and execute rollouts of new plants and modules within our global multi-site setup
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end solutions and optimize business processes
Conduct user training and documentation sessions to ensure effective system usage
Work with external partners and Comarch consultants on solution design and issue resolution

Profile

Degree in Computer Science or completed training as ERP Consultant / Developer / Business Analyst
5+ years of hands-on experience with Comarch ERP XL (administration, development or implementation)
Proven experience in customizing ERP solutions and integrating with third-party applications (MES, EDI, BI, QMS)
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures and interfaces
Experience in requirement engineering and process design in manufacturing or automotive environments
Familiar with multi-site ERP architectures and global rollout projects
Confident communicator across departments and cultures; capable of leading workshops and training sessions
Languages: English (fluent), Polish advantageous, Spanish/German desirable
Willingness to travel ~6 weeks per year

Nice-to-have

Experience in the automotive sector (Tier 1–3)
Familiar with Comarch APIs and development frameworks (C#, SQL)
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power BI, and integration patterns
Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, GDPR compliance principles
