Scope:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team to ensure effective performance
Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key project decisions
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Apply advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management
Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members
Implement best practices in application design and configuration to enhance efficiency
Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in application management
Continuously assess project progress and adapt strategies to meet changing requirements
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve application performance

Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience in SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP)
Experience designing and developing applications on SAP BTP
Knowledge of SAP RAP and UI5 Applications
Experience with Clean Core projects
