SAP SuccessFactors Consultant โ€“ Performance & Goal Management (PMGM)

About the Role

We are looking for a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors โ€“ Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) with strong expertise across mobility enablement, 360-degree appraisal, Calibration Matrix, People Card, CPM, CDP, Succession Planning, and Employee Central (EC) Employee Profile with IAS and Integration Center. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SuccessFactors reporting, release management, and cross-module integrations.


Responsibilities

  • Mobility enablement, 360-degree appraisal, Calibration Matrix, People Card in SF (PMGM, CPM, CDP).

  • Work with Succession Planning, Employee Central Employee Profile with IAS and Integration Center.

  • Create and manage Storyboard Reports.

  • Handle half-yearly and bi-annual release management and impact analysis.

  • Work with Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, and Dashboard creation under SAP SF reporting.

  • Ensure mobile-responsive design and familiarity with SAP Fiori.

  • Manage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly.

  • Support Calibration, Continuous Performance Management (CPM), and 360-degree feedback.

  • Integrate PMGM with modules like CDP, LMS, and others.

  • Follow ITIL processes for support and change management.

  • Handle incidents, changes, and service requests within SLA.

  • Work with Carve-out and DRTM processes.

  • Maintain project documentation (Validation Docs, KEDB) according to quality standards.

  • Present work status in weekly/monthly meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.


Requirements

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Performance & Goals (PMGM).

  • Proven expertise in:

    • Performance Goals (PMGM)

    • Career Development Planning (CDP)

    • Succession Planning

    • Calibration

    • Employee Profile (Employee Central)

    • People Card

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Identity Authentication Service (IAS)

    • Integration Center

    • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Story Reports, Advanced Reporting

    • Dashboard creation

  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori and mobile-responsive design.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Desirable Skills

  • Additional certifications in CDP and Succession Planning.

  • Experience with CPM and 360-degree feedback.

  • Integration of PMGM with other SF modules like CDP, LMS.

  • Experience with bi-annual release management and impact analysis.

  • Ability to handle incidents, changes, and service requests within SLA.

  • Experience with Carve-out and DRTM processes.

  • Work with documentation (Validation Docs, KEDB) according to quality standards.

  • Contribution to service improvement initiatives and reporting in regular meetings.
