Location: 100% Remote Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Contract Type: B2B (200–220 PLN/h + VAT) About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Domain Lead to act as the strategic and technical authority for our engineering domain. You will define standards, guide solution architecture, and ensure delivery quality while driving innovation and supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute domain strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the expert in:
  • SAP Project System
  • SAP Engineering Change Management
  • Variant Configuration (LO-VC) & BoM
  • SAP PLM & third-party PLM integration
• Lead domain governance, standards, and tooling.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and offshore teams.
• Mentor consultants and build domain capabilities.
• Oversee quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering leadership or domain consulting.
• Deep expertise in SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in mentoring and capability development.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, multi-disciplinary environment.
