Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Work Model: 100% Remote  Contract Type: B2B (190 - 220 PLN/h + VAT) We are looking for a SAP Business Network Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of invoice automation processes for suppliers in Germany and Austria. The role involves working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate invoice submission through SAP Business Network (SBN) and electronic invoicing standards.   

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues during the invoice receipt process, both technical and content-related.
• Support suppliers in setting up electronic invoicing and ensure correct data formatting.
• Assist suppliers in entering invoice information accurately into SAP Business Network.
• Organize and conduct improvement cycles with stakeholders across multiple plants and service centers

Expectations

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Business Network for Procurement and SAP ERP purchasing flows.
• Familiarity with electronic invoicing standards (X-Rechnung / ZUGFeRD) and invoice compliance for DE and AT.
• Ability to work with integration technologies (IDOC, CIG) and ideally OpenText VIM.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with fluency in English (German or Polish is a plus).
