Warsaw/Wrocław - based opportunity with a hybrid work model - 2 day/week in the office.


As a Workday Technical Support Specialist you will be working for our client, a global financial institution running a complex HR technology landscape, supporting the maintenance and development of a local Workday instance. You will contribute to ensuring business continuity, system stability, and compliance across HR processes. You will work with integrations, reporting, data consistency and configuration enhancements while supporting users across multiple environments. This role combines functional and technical responsibilities, offering the opportunity to influence process efficiency and system reliability in a highly regulated environment.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second line support for user incidents in areas such as hire, job change and rehire

  • Maintain integrations and monitor interface accuracy

  • Develop and enhance reports, configurations and EIB solutions

  • Ensure data consistency between the local Workday instance, SAP and the global environment

  • React to system changes and maintain compliance with legal and GDPR requirements

  • Maintain business processes and security groups

  • Monitor system processes, integrations and exports

  • Support quarterly Workday releases and related testing

  • Analyse and resolve system errors while recommending process optimisations

  • Prepare control reports and maintain up-to-date system documentation


You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday maintenance or implementations

  • Experience with EIB integrations and Workday reporting

  • Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, business processes and security configuration

  • Experience working with SAP HR or other HR systems in integrated landscapes

  • Understanding of HR processes and local legal requirements

  • Ability to work across production, sandbox, test and implementation environments

  • Experience with secure connections such as SFTP and PGP

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Ability to keep documentation updated and follow structured change processes
