Key responsibilities
Perform 1st line support duties, including prioritizing and acknowledging support tickets.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues.
Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution.
Maintain and contribute to our knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1).
2+years of experience in first-line support or a similar role.
Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies (DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP).
Proficiency in Linux system administration, including log analysis and script execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Nice to have
Knowledge of IoT devices and protocols.
CCNA certification or equivalent networking expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Experience with IT monitoring tools and REST API integrations.
