End User Engineer (Citrix / Intune / SCCM)

Introduction & Summary:

We’re looking for an End User Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving services, and working with modern Microsoft and Citrix technologies. If you want a role that mixes engineering, troubleshooting, hands-on project work, and continuous growth — this is the place for you.


You’ll join a specialist team supporting medium and large organizations with complex, tailored IT environments. Every day brings new challenges, new technologies, and real impact on customer environments.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within the client’s ticket system.

  • Maintenance and lifecycle management for devices and applications in Intune and SCCM.

  • Develop existing customer services according to the client’s Service Catalog.

  • Participate in smaller projects involving new features and services for customers.

  • Maintain and develop documentation on customer solutions.

  • Troubleshoot Citrix client connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.

  • Regularly maintain and apply approved updates to Citrix base images.


Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Citrix Workspace & PVS.

  • Experience with mid-to-large customers (5+ locations, 500+ employees).

  • Proficiency in Intune.

  • Knowledge of PowerShell.

  • Experience with Virtual Private Network – RRAS VPN / Global Protect.

  • Understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID.

  • Proficiency in M365 & Defender.

  • Experience with SCCM.

  • Education at college/university level, preferably in IT.

  • Professional English verbal and written communication skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ShareFile.
