Are you passionate about empowering teams through seamless tech support? We're looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional to ensure our internal users have the right tools and guidance to perform at their best. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of company assets—from onboarding new employees with the equipment they need, to resolving technical issues and offboarding departing staff. Your impact will be felt across the business by maintaining, tracking, and troubleshooting assets, and delivering clear, user-friendly support that keeps our teams productive and confident.
Key outcomes of the role
Onboard new users to the group infrastructure, including but not limited to Microsoft Entra and all tools of Office 365, Team password manager, VPN solutions, working with Atlassian tools like Jira/Confluence as daily business, etc
Offboard users from the group infrastructure upon exiting the business
Helpdesk support to existing users in regards to the group infrastructure
Troubleshoot asset issues with end-users
Provide general training and guidance on use of assets
Order and supply the company hardware and software for end-users, including but not limited to notebooks, mobile phones, licenses, etc.
Manage and track inventory on hardware and software assets
Prepare workspaces and equipment for employees
Coordinate with other functions and departments to ensure end-users are fully supported
Identify and propose solutions to improve processes
Proactively document and record activities to ensure visibility
About you
Experience as an administrator with M365 Entra and Atlassian essential
Have a passion for supporting others
Bring demonstrable experience in troubleshooting both Windows and Mac
Enjoy a fast-paced environment
Bring the experience of working within an IT Helpdesk environment
Be curious, research, and ask questions
Be result and target driven
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing
Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Be a creative thinker, always thinking “how can we”
Show a strong desire to succeed and make a difference
Experience and skills that will help you succeed
Experience working with Microsoft Entra/Azure, Jira and Confluence
Networking, WIFI, routers and switches
Security knowledge for defender and purview and apple and windows implementation in MDM
