Location: Wrocław (hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Contract Type: B2B (100–140 PLN/h + VAT)Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our application support team.

Responsibilities include:

Maintenance of applications, bug fixing, data quality assessments, incident resolution, and system upgrades
Managing incidents and service requests via the SNOW portal and on-call phone
Troubleshooting and resolving issues using business applications and support tools
Escalating cases and solving technical problems

Requirements:

Min 3 years of experience
Knowledge of Java and front-end technologies
Solid problem-solving skills, including infrastructure-related issues
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English, especially during high-priority incidents
Availability for on-call duty, including overnight work during emergency incidents
