Job Title: L1 Support Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office)


About the Role

We are seeking an Applications L1 Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide first-line production and configuration support for a portfolio of enterprise applications. You’ll be responsible for maintaining healthy production environments, coordinating application releases, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting application managers with compliance and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver L1 production support for a portfolio of critical business applications.

  • Manage and resolve production incidents (INC) in a timely and effective manner.

  • Maintain and monitor the production incident queue, ensuring SLA compliance.

  • Provide technical and business support to end users and application managers.

  • Coordinate production releases, including testing, deployment, and post-release validation.

  • Oversee COB (Continuity of Business) testing and infrastructure maintenance activities.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.

  • Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.

  • Support compliance, audit, and risk management processes as needed.

  • Perform other assigned duties in a structured and logical manner.


Qualifications & Experience

  • ~2 years of experience in application production support or software development.

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Basic understanding of technology platforms and infrastructure:(Windows / Linux / WebLogic / WebSphere / SQL / Oracle / MQ / NDM).

  • Awareness of information security principles and best practices.

  • Experience working within project teams (Agile or Waterfall).

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and products is a plus.
