Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
At least 5 years of programming experience in Go, C, C++, or Rust, with readiness to work in Go.
Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team, with proven ability to drive technical decisions.
Background in building and optimizing low-level applications.
Practical knowledge of microservices and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and Grafana.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including concurrency, synchronization, memory management, algorithms, and data structures.
Experience with big data tools and frameworks (Spark, MapReduce, Elasticsearch, SingleStore, or cloud-native equivalents) is a plus.
Awareness of cybersecurity practices will be considered an advantage.
