PLN 235,000.00 - 353,000.00
Annual bonus (Eligible for annual bonus depending on individual and company performance)
Hybrid work model: one day a week in the office

What you get to do every day:
Design, build, and implement advanced, cloud-based threat prevention solutions & infrastructure tailored to our SaaS environment, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and resilience.
Leverage your DevOps skillset to develop, implement, enhance, and manage both in-house and off-the-shelf security solutions.
Develop solutions that enable proactive defense of the Zendesk business using Go, Python, Java, and other coding languages.
Integrate various security tools and technologies to create a cohesive and effective threat prevention ecosystem.
Review projects to identify risks and suggest ways to manage those risks.
Analyze intricate problem statements and diverse use cases to develop & implement robust Cyber Security solutions that address our organizational needs.
Influence our partners to drive security control improvements throughout the business.
Collaborate with peer software engineering, IT, and compliance teams to integrate security best practices and advance our cybersecurity capabilities.
Evaluate and enhance existing security measures, staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
What you bring to the role:

Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation to learn and upskill regularly.
At least 5 years of experience in a security-relevant software or DevOps engineering role.
Experience operating and leveraging DevOps platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Teraform, & Ansible.
Experience leveraging data lake solutions, such as Snowflake, for cyber security use cases.
Wide ranging experience with enterprise security tools and technologies.
Programming experience involving real-world development.
Strong understanding of core AWS products and services—such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, ELB, IAM, and KMS—and the ability to apply them effectively when designing and implementing solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to complete an ability to work in a global, asynchronous manner.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a capability to innovate and create custom solutions.
Nice to have:
AWS certifications or other cloud based certifications.
Security certifications such as SABSA, CISSP, GSEC, GWEB, GPEN, OSCP, CEH, CCSP, etc.
Involvement in local or regional security user groups or conferences.
Experience with ML models, LLM prompt engineering, MCP servers, and leveraging modern AI solutions to help solve security problems.
