Join a high-impact project for a client in the medical sector. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade data pipelines and data warehouses on AWS, with a strong focus on Amazon Redshift. You will collaborate closely with various teams and other business units to deliver a GxP-compliant, end-to-end data solution.
This is a hybrid position, requiring at least two days per week in the office.
Your tasks
Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark for Redshift and Data Lake
Optimize SQL pipelines and ensure high-performance cluster operations
Develop secure data marts and BI-ready tables for reporting and analytics
Implement automated monitoring, logging, and alerting for data integrity
Translate business requirements into scalable data and BI solutions
Ensure compliance with GxP standards and author validation documentation
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in ETL/ELT development and data engineering
Strong expertise in AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM) and Amazon Redshift
Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data modeling (star, snowflake, dimensional)
Hands-on experience with GitHub, APIs, and performance tuning
Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Residing in Poland required
