Data Migration Lead – Zurich (On-site)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland (mandatory on-site presence, Monday–Friday, 5 days per week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive key data migration initiatives within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex data migration processes as well as managing a large team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end data migration projects

Manage a team of 20+ professionals – assigning tasks, setting priorities, and overseeing schedules

Design and implement data migration strategies using Informatica IDMC and PowerCenter

Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency

Monitor project progress, provide status reporting, and resolve ongoing project issues

Implement best practices in Data Governance (nice to have)

Ensure compliance of migration processes with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in data migration projects

Hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC

Experience managing teams of 20+ people

Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter

Minimum 15 years of experience as a Developer and/or Architect

Familiarity with Data Governance is an asset

Important: This role requires on-site presence in Zurich, Monday to Friday
