Join a fast-moving team building data pipelines that power a global SaaS platform for industrial asset management. You’ll lead engineering practices, mentor a small team, and collaborate across product and domain experts to turn complex customer data into reliable, actionable insights.

Tech stack & responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in Python
Use Databricks, Spark, and SQL for processing and analysis
Collaborate via Gitlab, contribute integration tests and smart documentation
Configure new tenants and streamline onboarding workflows
Work closely with product and domain experts to improve data quality and accessibility

Requirements:

5+ years in data engineering or similar
Strong Python skills and experience with production-grade pipelines
Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, and relational databases
Solid understanding of testing frameworks and version control
Fluent English (B2+), collaborative mindset, and adaptability in international teams

Nice to have:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or NoSQL/graph databases
Willingness to travel abroad twice a year for on-site workshops
