Operation Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage Data Department operations activities according to customer needs and IS operating framework.

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve the application operations framework to ensure effective and reliable service delivery.

• Execute daily operations for Azure Data Factory and Snowflake, including incident, service, problem, change, and release management processes.

• Act as a single point of contact for customers to ensure demands are addressed in line with agreed procedures and to provide transparency through regular reporting of key application and delivery metrics.

• Ensure all security and compliance requirements are fulfilled for assigned applications.

• Gather feedback from customers and consumers, transforming it into continuous improvement initiatives on a regular basis.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Fluent spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in:

  • Data Warehouse Operations

  • Azure Data Factory and Snowflake

• Practical knowledge of:

  • SQL

  • IT service management concepts (ITIL 4 certification)

  • Infrastructure Patch Management

• Additional assets:

  • Experience with Power BI

  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile / DevOps)

• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse international teams.
