Data Analytics Engineering Trainee

You’ll gain hands-on experience and develop job-ready skills through immersive, project-based learning across three key areas:

  • Data Integration – Learn to design, develop, and manage data transformations and migrations across different systems.

  • Data Visualization – Transform raw data into clear, engaging dashboards that drive better business decisions.

  • Data Quality – Ensure data is accurate, complete, and reliable by validating, testing, and verifying data pipelines.

Upon successful completion of all stages, you’ll be equipped with market-oriented skills you can apply at EPAM or in the broader IT industry.

What is required for training:

  • English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

  • Basic understanding of DBMS theory and SQL

  • Familiarity with Python basics


Nice to have:

  • A degree in a technical field

  • Experience in banking or technical roles
