🎯 The project

Join a Swedish company specializing in advanced chemical manufacturing. You’ll play a key role in migrating legacy SSIS pipelines to a modern Databricks + dbt Core lakehouse architecture — a greenfield rebuild that lets you shape the platform from day one.

What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and maintain data lakehouse solutions in Databricks.
Rebuild legacy data pipelines and models using dbt and best practices.
Ensure top-notch data quality, performance, and governance.
Act as a senior technical partner — advising on architecture, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate directly with client teams, turning business needs into scalable solutions.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

7+ years of experience delivering Big Data & Analytics solutions.
Strong hands-on skills with Databricks and dbt (data modeling, SQL warehousing).
Expertise in:
- Azure Databricks architecture & optimization
- dbt (SQL transformations, testing & automation)
- Azure Data Factory
- SQL Server
- Power BI & Azure Cloud
Excellent communication in English — and a proactive, consulting mindset.

It would be a great plus if you possess relevant certifications like:

dbt certified developer (or equivalent)
Databricks Certified Architect (or equivalent)
