Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model - 3 days from the office / week

As a Data Scientist you will be working for our client, a global, research-driven organization operating at the intersection of science, technology, and healthcare. You will join a data-focused team supporting business and scientific stakeholders by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. The project emphasizes high-quality analytics, strong data storytelling, and visually compelling dashboards that support decision-making. This role combines analytical rigor with a strong business mindset, offering hands-on exposure to real-world data challenges, close collaboration with non-technical teams, and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights

• Develop Python-based analyses using statistical and mathematical libraries

• Create clear, business-ready data visualizations and dashboards

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for non-technical stakeholders

• Translate analytical results into concise, actionable conclusions

• Collaborate closely with business users to understand analytical needs

• Present insights in a structured and visually compelling way

• Validate data quality and ensure consistency of analytical outputs

• Support iterative improvements based on stakeholder feedback

  
  

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Up to 2 years of commercial experience or a strong academic background in data-related fields

• Solid Python skills for data analysis, processing, and visualization

• Good understanding of statistics, data structures, and analytical concepts

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or strong dashboarding skills

• Strong sense of data visualization, layout, and visual clarity

• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Business-oriented mindset focused on usable outcomes

• High intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn

• Ownership and responsibility for delivered work

• Availability to work in a hybrid model with regular office presence
