About the role:

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to create and optimize reporting solutions, turning data into clear, business-ready insights that support decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities:

Build and improve interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
Work with business teams to understand needs and deliver solutions
Develop efficient data models and DAX measures
Ensure report quality, consistency, and security
Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud)
Support users with training and troubleshooting

Requirements:

3+ years of Power BI experience
Strong DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling skills
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouses
SQL experience; cloud services (e.g., Azure) a plus
Strong communication skills and English proficiency
