APM Implementation Engineer (Darktrace)

About the Role

We are looking for an APM Implementation Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for implementing advanced monitoring and security solutions such as Darktrace. This role combines technical expertise, client-facing activities, and knowledge-sharing. The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering Proof of Concept (POC), deploying enterprise solutions, and providing end-user training after implementation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Proof of Concept (POC) for monitoring and security tools (e.g., Darktrace).

  • Lead the implementation process: installation, configuration, and customization of APM/observability platforms.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful deployment.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and short end-user training after implementation.

  • Act as a point of contact for best practices in tool usage and performance monitoring.

  • Prepare technical documentation and contribute to project reports.

  • Work closely with vendor teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.


Requirements

  • Previous experience working with APM/Observability solutions (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Darktrace, or similar).

  • Solid knowledge of Darktrace from a user perspective.

  • Hands-on experience with POC delivery and product deployment.

  • Strong communication skills, ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in preparing and delivering user training sessions.

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructures, networking, and security basics.

  • Very good English skills (written and spoken).


Nice to have

  • Certifications in APM, cybersecurity, or observability solutions.

  • Experience working in international environments and with enterprise clients.

  • Knowledge of additional monitoring tools (Elastic, New Relic, Splunk).
