IT Security Consultant (PAM)

• Location: Gdańsk (2x week in the office)

• Duration: long-term

• B2B: up to 160zł/h

The IT Security Consultant will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process of Privileged Access Management (PAM) within the organization, supporting collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth pipeline.Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Application Owners and Providers to support PAM Developers in onboarding.

• Gather and collect relevant data to ensure an efficient onboarding pipeline.

• Provide expertise in PAM throughout the project.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with PAM controls & requirements.

• Experience in risk management.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in change management.

• Knowledge of identity & PAM security best practices.

• Understanding of fundamental security principles (e.g., SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust).

• Previous work in a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 2700x).

• Strong technical analytical and documentation skills.

• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with tools and methodologies specific to PAM implementation.

• Previous experience in large-scale enterprise security projects.

• Additional languages spoken.
