Rate: up to 165 PLN/h net+VAT

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a skilled PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer to support a comprehensive onboarding project focused on Mainframe integration. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in PAM controls and CyberArk development, with a solid understanding of identity and PAM security best practices in both on-premise and cloud environments. Your collaborative and analytical skills will be essential in navigating stakeholder requirements while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing application connectors to facilitate PAM onboarding.

• Gathering relevant data to streamline the onboarding pipeline.

• Providing expertise in PAM throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with PAM requirements.

• Implementing PAM controls across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working with PAM controls & requirements.

• Experience as a CyberArk developer.

• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of security best practices for on-premise and cloud.

• Understanding of fundamental security approaches (SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust).

• Experience in a DevOps Agile/Scrum environment.

• Familiarity with security controls and frameworks (CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x).

• Strong technical, analytical and documentation skills.

• Structured and organized work approach with a high-quality delivery focus.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple PAM technologies.

• Experience in Mainframe onboarding to PAM technology.

• Understanding of Mainframe architecture.
