Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and its security aspects
Solid knowledge of data security, data protection and privacy measures
Experience in security consulting projects
Ability to translate business requirements into infrastructure and security requirements

Key tasks

Consolidation of data residency requirements, including translation of business needs into infrastructure and security requirements
Driving high-level inventory reviews of existing infrastructure and IAM services relevant for data residency
Assessing monitoring and logging capabilities for compliance with consolidated residency requirements
Documenting findings and preparing a gap analysis summary
Designing a standardized Service Catalog supporting Data Residency (IaaS model)
Defining monitoring and reporting mechanisms for residency obligations
Aligning the proposed model with relevant stakeholders
