As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. You will join the CRM content management chapter, supporting the migration of communications to new templates by copying content, updating product names, graphics, and icons. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of campaign content. We are looking for detail-oriented, diligent professionals who can work under pressure and effectively translate business requirements into system solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Migrating content to new templates in CRM systems

• Updating product names, graphics, and icons in campaigns

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system specifications

• Designing and implementing user scenarios for campaigns

• Performing tests to ensure data and content accuracy

• Collaborating with business and technical teams in Agile methodology

• Ensuring high quality, consistency, and timeliness of campaign content

• Documenting processes and reporting progress to stakeholders
