Technical Operations Analyst

This is a remote opportunity for Spain-based remote – work from home with occasional travel.

As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the payments industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of production systems and serving as an escalation point for system-related issues.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor and validate critical jobs and system processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures.

• Interface with external customers and internal teams.

• Run SQL queries and analyze datasets.

• Set up new customers and test files for accuracy.

• Identify and report production defects.

• Adhere to audit control procedures and identify improvements.

You're ideal for the role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux and SQL.

• 2 (two) plus years of experience with SQL, including reading and writing

• Proficiency with laptop and desktop computers

• Proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite.

• Ability to understand program logic and read code.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (B2/C1).

• Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency.
