As a Senior Insurance Business Analyst – Claims & Benefits, you will be working for our client in the insurance industry, focusing on transforming claims and benefits processes to become more customer-centric, innovative, and efficient. Location: hybrid - 2 days in the office (Warsaw)

B2B: 110 - 125 PLN/h

Your main responsibilities:

Analyze existing claims and benefits processes, identifying key areas for transformation and improvement
Design modern, user-friendly, and efficient claims processes utilizing innovative technologies such as automation, AI, and self-service solutions
Develop detailed process maps and define comprehensive business requirements for new solutions
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation of designed processes
Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, continuously proposing further optimization initiatives

You're ideal for this role if you have:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis within the insurance sector, specifically in claims and benefits management
Proven involvement in transformation projects related to insurance claims and processing
Deep understanding of claims settlement processes, legal regulations, supporting systems, and industry best practices
Strong knowledge of automation, digitalization, and customer-oriented process design
Excellent analytical skills: data analysis, trend identification, strategic recommendations
Strong communication skills, capable of working within complex structures, leading workshops, and engaging stakeholders effectively
